Single screw famous Dell Quay Ranger, being the longer 27ft design, sports power cruiser. The boat has a centre cockpit, forward & aft cabins, with portside driving position and stb side loo compartment. This gives a very workable compact craft, which is also able to take the ground, by lifting the outdrive leg.
Saloon area has a pedestal dinning table using the settee aft berths and the large opening sliding hatch. Most suitable for family use.
Cockpit cushions in navy blue, some fitted.
Her name 'Para Handy' is the character used in the famous Children's Books about the skipper of the Scottish Islands steam puffer
Single screw propulsion, Duo-Prop 225 HP Volvo Penta Petrol GXI.V6 4.3 Litre. This Outdrive conta-rotating Dup-Prop was installed only five years ago as a new unit. Fuel Tank under cockpit sole, fuel lines to BS7840. Bilge purge blower fitted. Hot water calorifier.
Steering & controls to dashboard. Steering is Bowden cable, servo-assisted.
Batteries position on rear aft cabin bulkhead with isolating/selector switch.

Deck-head is lined throughout. No fore-hatch.

The plywood deck has been 'GRP panel coated' to protect against weather & water ingress. The ample width side decks, have hand holds so passage around them is easy and the small aft deck useful for use 'to & from' the dinghy.
Stainless Steal pulpit with SS stanchions located in bronze chrome plated base plates. PVC covered SS guardwires fitted through stanchions.

Cockpit canopy fitted with SS ridged frame and flexible windows to side & rear.
25lb CQR anchor. length of 8mm (nominaly 5/16") galvanised short link chain. Hand deployed.
