Accommodation
The cabin is entered from the cockpit to starboard via bi-fold door and down two steps. From forward are two single berths in a U-shaped configuration with a possible dining table in between and stowage under. The table can be lowered to form a comfortable double berth with the appropriate infill cushion. Padded backrests outboard support varnished teak fronted cave lockers. The upholstery is a soft fabric with blue trim on sides. The Upholstery is of an exceptionally high standard, which puts this Fairey Spearfish into a class of her own

The varnished cabin table, which combines to make the cabin into a double, as an infill.

The main cabin roof has a ventilation hatch. The interior is light and has an airy feel with the full-length windows. The Mk3 has extra headroom in the cabin.

The heads compartment has a door on the port side. The manual sea toilet is mounted on a plinth within the compartment, with shelf behind, seacocks are under the plinth.

The inside of the hull has been painted from Stem to Stern, to maintain her immaculate condition.

Panels on the wall may be removed to expose all the wiring for access/servicing. This compartment is as original, full standing room and maybe used as a shower if appropriate fitting added.

The electrical panel is just inside the cabin entrance easily accessible from the helm position. Breaker switches are supplied for all the lighting and other auxiliary services.

The cockpit/helm has excellent visibility through the classic trademark Fairey curved screen. A raised step is supplied for the helmsman and she has two dark blue cover cloth upholstered seats, a single for the helm and double alongside. These seats have an ingenious, drop seat in their back to provide another seat facing aft. Again the Upholstery is of an exceptionally high standard, putting this boat into a class of her own.

The cockpit is covered with new teak form decking.

The engines are easily accessible from the central lifting hatches, while the two fuel tanks aft are also fully exposed beneath similar hatches. Some storage is available each side of the engines.

An original Tonneau cover is available for the screen and whole cockpit for mooring.

The usual array of deck cleats, flag staff, fenders, warps & lines are included as aboard.

Stainless steel stern rail
Stainless steel screen hand rail
Stainless steel cabin top rails
Usual complement of fenders and warps/lines

Tonneau everyday cover and spray-hood

Remarks
The current owner is a long standing Fairey veteran and keeps his boat in first class condition. His engineer has serviced the engines to the highest specification, which includes, turbochargers fully serviced, all the usual oil & raw-water pump changes (filters dated) etc.

The GRP hull and deck have no damage or blemishes to speak off.

She is an absolute 'cracker' of a Fairey Spearfish and is possibly the last true Spearfish built being 1989 and with all the advantages of a MK3.

She has a full file of Ships papers and a Survey Report dated 26th June 2019, the list of small items recommended have all been corrected.

Early viewing is most recommended
She does have an optional road trailer included in the price. The over-run brake system is fitted on top of the front frame, to avoid ground damage, showing to be a high class unit when built. This trailer has towed the current owners Fairey Boats for many miles over past 30 years, both in the UK also an additional 1000 miles in the USA, fully serviced with new tyres for this season. Current towing laws should be adhered to, but good trailers are more than a convenient option for Fairey Boat owners, to take them home.
